Our History
Dicker Staffing Services was founded
in 1981 by Jack Dicker. Since that time, Dicker has grown to be one of
the largest independent staffing services in Dallas.
 Our
executive officers, Jack Dicker - President/Chief Executive Officer,
Angelica Miller - Vice President/Corporate Controller, and Karen
Stephens - Vice President Sales and Operations, have over 60+ years
experience in the staffing industry.
As Founder of the
company, Jack Dicker has been instrumental in keeping his firm
actively involved in the Texas
Association of Staffing (TAS),
the American
Staffing Association (ASA),
and the DFW
Employment Management Association (EMA).
Additionally, Jack Dicker has spent 10 years as a member and 6 years
on the Board of Directors for the Independent Staffing Alliance (ISA),
the oldest and most prestigious coalition of independent staffing
firms in the major markets throughout the United States. Concurrently,
many of his senior executives have held Board of Director positions
ranging from President of Texas Association of Staffing (TAS) to
President and Treasurer of Employment Management Association (EMA).
Jack Dicker understands the importance of being actively involved in
those organizations that truly shape the present and the future of the
staffing industry. His experienced staff understands the needs of
business so that they can provide superior staffing solutions today
and into the future.
