ESSENTIAL STAFFCARE MEDICAL BENEFITS


We are happy to announce 2 new medical benefit programs offered by Essential StaffCare that are currently available to all temporary employees and their families:

1. MINIMUM ESSENTIAL COVERAGE (MEC)

    A. This is a wellness/preventative insurance plan that meets the Affordable Care Act requirement for having health coverage. If you have MEC, you will not have to pay the penalty for not having medical insurance.

    B. This plan covers 100% of wellness and preventative medical services such as wellness doctor visits, flu shots, immunizations, mammograms and colonoscopies. Click MEC Plan for a list of covered services.

    C. No deductible required.

    D. The MEC Plan starts at $58.19 per month.

2. FIXED INDEMNITY MEDICAL BENEFITS

    A. This is a supplemental health care plan that pays a certain dollar amount for covered services, which includes doctor visits, hospital and surgery charges, prescriptions and testing.

    B. This plan does NOT meet the Affordable Care Act requirements for minimum coverage but is considered a supplemental plan to help lower your medical costs. Click Fixed Indemnity for a list of covered services.

    C. No deductible required.

    D. This plan starts at $15.98 per week and will be set up as a weekly payroll deduction through Dicker Staffing.

    E. Dental, vision, life and disability benefits are also available.
