Each applicant is fully evaluated on skills, which includes typing, data entry, all softwares, customer service, accounting and clerical. Our software evaluations include MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook, are administered on the actual software. Each applicant must test at 90% accuracy on all levels in order to be considered for any software assignments.

For those applicants who score below 90%, we offer one-on-one software training on the following softwares to upgrade their skills:

  • Word
  • Excel
  • Power Point
  • Access
  • Outlook

All of our training and testing was created and developed in house. This allows us to customize our tests and/or training to better suit any customer’s specific needs and enables us to supply our customers with a higher quality of personnel.
